20/07/ The appeal came to be disposed of on 16/02/2017 and as per direction of this Court 50% of decreetal amount came to be deposited while granting stay. Remaining amount alongwith interest deposited by MIDC vide Pursis St. No.08/2023 dated 05/07/2023.

The learned Counsel for applicants/respondent Nos.1A to 1G filed an application for direction to Nazir to transfer the said amount of Rs.84,00,342/- alongwith accrued interest if any to the Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad as most of the claimants are above 60 years age.

I do not see any impediment to transfer the said to the Reference Court. The Nazir is directed to

2 2 caf 1984-2023 transfer the amount deposited by appellant/MIDC to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pusad. 4.

The Registry of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pusad is hereby directed to disburse the said amount on due verification of documents of the concerned parties.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
