This petition takes exception to the order dated 08.05.2024 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandrapur in RCS No.156/2023.

The learned AGP has tendered letter dated 25.09.2024 issued by the Deputy Collector, Chandrapur to the Tahsildar, Ballarpur, District - Chandrapur.

By the said letter, the Deputy Collector directed the Tahsildar to conduct the enquiry in terms of Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code in respect of transaction in question.

As the application, which the trial Court has rejected by the order impugned, was filed for the very same purpose, nothing survives in the present petition. However, considering the facts and circumstances, the Tahsildar shall endeavour to conclude the enquiry within a period of nine months. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
