Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the representations made by the Petitioners for transfer. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the representation is not yet decided.

This being the limited relief sought for in the petition it is not necessary to issue notice to Respondent No.2. We dispose of the present petition by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide representations of the Petitioners as specified in the petition, if not already decided, within a period of 8 weeks from the date this order is intimated to Respondent No.2 by the Petitioners. 4.

The Petitioners will serve copy of this petition and order to the Respondent No.2. Since we have not issued any notice to

Respondent No.2, it is clarified that the representations will be decided as per law and on their own merit.
