Heard Shri N.S. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.

First question put to learned counsel for the petitioner was about status of Nitin. He points out that Nitin is not related to minor. Now, learned counsel states that Nitin is father of minor daughter, and daughter is in custody of respondent mother Smt. Nima. 3.

Submission is, Neema has filed proceedings for maintenance, though she herself is a Doctor. 4.
