Learned Senior Counsel Shri Manohar pointed out that in the common order dated 05/07/2023 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No.474/2023 and Criminal Application (BA) No.475/2023, inadvertently in paragraph No.7 it has been recorded that "Now, investigation of the crime is completed and chargesheet is filed". Similarly, in paragraph No.22 it is recorded that "the investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed and as such further custody of applicants is not required". 4.

In fact, the investigation is completed but chargesheet is not filed.

In view of said statement, paragraph No.7 be corrected as "Now, investigation of the crime is practically
