The petitioner/ employee has challenged the order passed by the Industrial Court condoning delay of 10 months in filing the revision application. The Industrial Court has adverted to the relevant aspects as reflected from para Nos. 4 and 5 (wrongly shown as 4) of the impugned order. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
