JULY 15, 2024 Having heard for some time when it was brought to the notice of the learned A.P.P. that the Court, while releasing the accused on bail, has imposed various conditions one of which was, in case of breach of any condition, the learned trial Court is at liberty to cancel the bail after giving opportunity of hearing to both the sides, the learned A.P.P. seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for cancellation of bail.
