By this application, the original plaintiff prayed that he be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.7,57,826/- which is lying in deposit with the Registry of this Court. Today joint compromise pursis dated 31-08-2016 signed by the plaintiff and the defendant and their respective Advocates is placed on the record. By this joint compromise pursis, the parties submit that out of the amount lying in deposit, the plaintiff be given Rs.4,43,400/- and the balance amount be given to the defendant.

In the above facts, it is directed that Rs.4,43,400/- be given to the plaintiff-Shri Kishan Thawardas Sahajwani and the balance amount be given

2 caf1955.14 to the defendant-Shivratan H. Dalmiya.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
