DATE : 11/01/2018 The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner was not responding to the Counsel and was not giving any instructions, the Counsel has served a notice on the petitioner that the Counsel would not appear for the petitioner and would withdraw the Vakalatnama. It is stated that in the aforesaid set of facts, the appearance of the Counsel for the petitioner should be discharged. In the circumstances of the case, the Counsel wishes to withdraw the Vakalatnama. It is apparent from the statements made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the criminal writ petition. Hence, the criminal writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
