The grievance in this contempt petition is about the non-compliance of the directions issued by the Court vide order dated 03/12/2019 in Writ Petition Nos. 1108/2018 and 1109/2018.

In the aforesaid writ petitions, the respondent No. 3 was directed to decide the proposals sent by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 seeking approval to the appointments in non-teaching staff in accordance with law.

Shri A.M. Kadukar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that the proposal has been decided on 18/02/2020 and it has been rejected.

In this view of the matter, the non-compliance of the directions alleged in this petition appears to have been complied with.

Consequently, nothing survives in the petition and hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. All pending civil applications are also disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE *DB
