It appears that the name of the applicant on official record is Kamalakar Tavari and he is also known as Kamalkishor Taori. In the proceedings, the name of the applicant is stated as Kamalkishor Taori.

In view of the discrepancy in the name in the proceedings and that in the official record, the applicant is facing some difficulty in withdrawing amount of Rs.20,000/- which he had deposited in this Court and which he has been permitted to withdraw. 3.

Since there is no dispute as such that Kamalakar Tavari and that Kamalkishor Taori is the same person, we allow this application in terms of the prayer clause.
