Anilkumar, Advocate for petitioner, CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE & ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ.
DATED : 27-03-2025 There is no dispute by respondent No. 1 that identical order as the one is impugned here dtd. 22.6.2024 debarring the petitioner from participation in the tender process of the respondent has been allowed by this Court by judgment dated 18.11.2024 in Writ Petition No. 4385/2024 M/s. Saluja Transport Co. Vs. WCL The impugned order indicates, that the order of debarment, was on account of the JV between the petitioner and the M/s. Saluja Transport Co. regarding participation in E-tender No. 30/22-23, which is also the ground in the impugned order dtd. 22.6.24 (p145). Since the facts are identical, therefore, we allow the petition in view of the reasons recorded in M/s. Saluja Transport Co. (supra), and quash and set aside the impugned order 22.6.2024. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.) Belkhede
