Shri Kariya, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of present application, the Investigating Officer has filed chargesheet before the trial Court. He seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application for bail afresh before the trial Court. The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicant shall be at liberty to file application for bail before the trial Court in view of subsequent filing of the charge-sheet.

It is made clear that the application of the applicant has not considered on merits.
