DATED : AUGUST 18, 2016 Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the first information report and the case-diary.

Since applicant No.2 is arrested and the application against him rendered infructuous, learned counsel for the applicants restricted this application only to the applicant No.1. Looking to the general nature of allegations and also the fact that applicant No.1 is a woman, I am of the view that she could be granted anticipatory bail. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant No.1. in Crime No.195/2016 registered against her in police station, Ramtek for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B and 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, she shall be released on bail on her furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the following conditions.:

(1) The applicant shall attend police station, Ramtek every day between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. for a period of one week starting from 22/8/2016;

(2) She shall cooperate with the police in the investigation, and

(3) shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. Hamdast is granted.
