Adv. Mohgaonkar for respondent no.1 points out that challenge has become infructuous as hardly 15 days' time of contract in dispute is left. A contract to provide skilled and unskilled labour for specific works has been allotted to respondent no.2 by respondent no.1.

During hearing, we find that period expires sometimes in the month of July 2016.

In this situation, the petitioner at the most can recover damages for injury, if any, sustained by

Keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as are open to it in law, we dispose of the petition. No costs.
