In the first half, the matter was kept on 11.07.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the non-applicants. The learned counsel for the applicant was not present at that time. In the second half, the learned counsel for the applicant mentioned the matter and submitted that in pursuance to the decree passed in favour of the non-applicants, execution proceedings have been filed and the warrant of possession is being sought to be executed through police aid. He has tendered copy of the order passed below Exhibit 18 by the Executing Court.

In view of the aforesaid, list the application on 11.07.2018. In the meanwhile, the possession of the applicant shall remain protected.
