By preferring this appeal, appellants have challenged the judgment/award of the reference Court in Land Acquisition Case No.186 of 2010. However, while preferring the appeal delay of 2010 days has been caused. As per contention of the appellants, the delay is bonafide and un-intentional one. The appeal is not filed within time, as the appellants have followed the procedure with the higher officials. There is a reasonable and satisfactory reason for condonation of delay.

Though notice of the said application is served on the respondents.

None appeared for respondent Nos.1, 2, and 5.

Ms. T. Udeshi, learned AGP waived service of notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
