The applicant seeks for correction of case number as "Special ACB Case No. 30/2017" instead of "Special ACB Case No. 30/2021. It is submitted that mistakenly in prayer clause of the petition incorrect case number has been mentioned which is percolated in the judgment of this Court dated 26.07.2022. 3.

Perused the impugned judgment and order and the record of the case. In view of that, the correction be made in para 9 of the judgment and order as "Special ACB Case No. 30/2017" instead of "Special ACB Case No. 30/2021" and also correction be made in prayer clause of the petition.
