This applicant is behind the bar since 16/12/2015. The applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.62,239/- and this fact has been acknowledged by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Saoli. There is also a letter sent to the Deputy Collector by the B.D.O., Saoli dated 04/12/2015 requesting him to take back the legal action initiated against this applicant. In the circumstances, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. The application is allowed.
It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall attend the Court regularly on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditions disposal of the case against him and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
