Heard Shri M.K. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Shri N.R. Rode, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1,4,5,8 and 13. 2.

Writ Petition has been dismissed for non removal of office objections and reasons for absence are supported by personal affidavit of learned counsel. The application is within time, hence, we allow the same. Accordingly Writ Petition No. 3251/2005 is restored back to file.

Office objections, if any, be removed within a period of three weeks. If the same are not removed, petition shall dismissed with costs of Rs.

3000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Sub Committee.

If the above orders are complied with and Writ Petition is restored, notice thereof shall be issued to private respondents.
