Heard learned counsel for respective parties. This is an application filed by the respondent no.1/claimant seeking a direction that the appellant be directed to deposit the balance amount of compensation with accrued interest in this court.

Learned counsel for the appellant/original appellant on instructions from his client, makes a statement that the appellant would deposit the decretal amount in the Court within a period of two months.
