Though the prayer made in this civil application for impleading the Maharashtra State marketing Board, Pune is opposed by the respondent Nos.3 and 4, considering the pleadings in the civil application, the petitioners are permitted to amend the writ petition.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.4-A.

The respondent No.4-A shall file reply / affidavit, if so advised, till 16th February, 2018. The petitioners shall serve the newly added respondent No.4-A by speed post acknowledgement due, in addition to the usual mode of service.

List the petition for further consideration on 24th February, 2018.
