As far as prayer made in the petition, have already been satisfied after releasing the pension to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in the petition. 2.

At this stage, the petitioner is claiming interest on delayed payment of pension and the amount deducted from the gratuity. However, there is no such prayer in the petition. Moreover, though the reply explaining the delay was filed in the month of January 2024. Thus, even after more than one and half years, there is no amendment made to the petition.

In that view of the matter, we disposed of the petition as become infructuous and grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the
