02nd August, 2017 The respondent nos. 22 to 25 have filed the present application seeking modification of interim order dated 17th February, 2010. By said order, the appellants, their servants and agents were restrained from creating any third-party rights in the suit property or putting any construction, whatsoever, therein. The suit property has been described in para 1 of the plaint. Same refers to Survey No. 125 admeasuring 40 Gunthas from Eastern side - North-South Divisions. Considering the relief sought in the plaint, it is clarified that the order dated 17th February, 2010 shall

operate with regard to the suit property. No further modification is required.

Civil Application is disposed of.
