This application is for grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.390/2023, registered with Jeedimetla Police Station, District Cyberabad for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 14.07.2023, this Court has already protected the present applicants by way of granting ad-interim transit anticipatory bail, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The learned Counsel Mr. Mardikar for the applicants submitted that he has already filed an application before the Hon'ble High Court at Hyderabad.
