In Writ Petition No. 4051 of 2024, the petitioner is challenging the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge-13, Nagpur dated 4th April, 2024 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 234 of 2019 as well as judgment and decree dated 25th February, 2019 passed by Small Causes Court, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No. 4 of 2018 and in Writ Petition No. 4755 of 2024, the petitioner is challenging the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge-13, Nagpur dated 4th April, 2024 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 405 of 2019 as well as judgment and decree dated 25th February, 2019 passed by Small Causes Court, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No. 5 of 2018.

In both the petitions, the counsel for the petitioner and respondent made a joint request to this

Court to refer the matter for mediation as issue involved between them can be settled amicably.

Coordinator, Mediation Centre, High Court, Nagpur submitted report dated 21st February, 2025 stating that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of compromise pursis / minutes of agreement. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. Both the learned advocates confirmed this fact and stated that they will bound by the compromise which has taken place before the mediator.

In view of this, both the petitions are disposed of in terms of compromise pursis / minutes of agreement dated 21st February, 2025.
