By this application, the applicant is seeking clarification of the order dated 27-9-2021. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that while dictating the order, liberty was granted to the applicant to file appropriate application for discharge, which remained to be incorporated in the order dictated on 27-9-2021.

We find substance in the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

We, therefore, direct the Registry to include the following sentence to add Paragraph No.6 in the said order, which shall read as follows :

3009appp1660 of 2021.odt The applicant shall be entitled to file appropriate application for discharge and the learned Trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the observations made by this Court in the order dated 27-9-2021. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
