DATE : 14.02.2022 Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed it is not found necessary to issue notice to the respondent No.4. 2] The only prayer made in this writ petition is for issuance of direction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Buldhana to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. That appeal has been preferred by the petitioner for challenging the mutation entry pertaining to Gat No. 361 situated at Mouza Dongarshevali, Tq. Chikhli, Dist. Buldhana. It is informed that though the period of one year has lapsed that appeal has not yet been decided.

3] Considering the aforesaid facts the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the Appeal No. RTS/64/Dongarshevali/30/2020-21 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the production of this order. The respondent No.1 shall give due notice to the respondent No.4 before deciding the said appeal.

The appeal shall be decided on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
