O R D E R

(Passed on 13th August, 2022) Except respondent no.1, both the parties are present before the Panel and they have been identified by their respective counsel. We interacted with both the parties. They have confirmed that the matter is amicably settled between them. The settlement arrived at between the parties, is on following terms.

"The present appeal is settled between the appellant and the Insurance Company/Respondent no.2 on the condition that the insurance company agrees to pay the additional amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rs.Twelve Lakhs Only) towards full and final settlement within the period of 60 days from the date of award, failing which Insurance Company agrees to pay the interest of 7.5% pa from the date of award till realization of the amount. The amount may be given to the appellant no.1 to 4." Accordingly, the appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per Rules.

On deposits of amount of compensation as per the settlement by the Insurance Company, the appellant nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount, as far as appellant no.4 is concerned, shall be subject to after attaining the majority.
