DATE : 03/08/2022 It is submitted by learned Counsel for the appellant that earlier Advocate appearing in this matter i.e. Advocate S.K. Sable, is no more. He further pointed out that the person who has sworn in the affidavit before notary appears to be not alive on the day of execution of notarized the document. He does not want to press these applications. Hence, both the applications are disposed of as not pressed.

However, Registry is directed to issue show cause notice to the notary concerned as to why his/her registration shall not be cancelled for executing a document on oath of a dead person. The appellant is granted liberty to file fresh application. Registry to take note and act accordingly.
