DATE : 25/11/2021 In spite of having granted two seeks' time to file reply to the application for intervention on 30.09.2021, no reply has been filed till date. Considering that the applicant is the resident of village Mangali, who represents a section of the villagers through a power of attorney, and therefore, would be interested in the subject matter, the civil application for intervention is allowed.
The petitioner is directed to add the intervenor as respondent No.6 to the petition. Learned counsel Mr. Trivedi waives notice for the newly added respondent No.6/intervenor. Since a request is made by Ms. Jaipurkar, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 5, time to file submissions on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5 is granted and the same should
(2) 40.wp.3512.2021 be placed on record by 3rd December, 2021. In case the newly added respondent No.6 wants to file submission, the same also be placed on record by 3rd December, 2021. List the matter on 7th December, 2021 for final disposal.
The interim order to continue till 7th December, 2021.
