This is an application for grant of early hearing of the first appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is aged about more than 80 years old and he is suffering from severe illness. He, therefore, prayed that the application for grant of early hearing of the first appeal be allowed. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The first appeal be listed for final hearing along with F.A. No.657/2009 in the first week of September 2018. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
