DATE : 22-9-2015.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By the present petition, the petitioner challenges the order passed by the authority rejecting the prayer for grant of parole leave to the petitioner. On perusal of the impugned order as well as reply filed by the State, it reveals that authority by considering the material on record passed the cogent and reasoned order. We see no reason to cause interference in the order. The petition being meritless, deserves to be rejected and same is, accordingly, rejected.

The fees of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is quantified at Rs. 1500/-.
