Perused the joint compromise pursis filed by petitioners as well as respondents. Parties are present in person and through power of attorney holders. Contents are verified from the parties.

I have gone through the contents of the joint compromise pursis and also verified the contents from the parties who are personally present. The pursis is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for the purpose of identification. As per clauses (B), (C) and (D) of the pursis, the respondent has already executed sale-deed. Thereafter 47 acres of land shall remain with the respondent. Though respondent is shown to be her power of attorney holder of Shri Laxmansingh Bhatiya, it is submitted that it is as per title clause of the petition. However, respondent has executed power of attorney on 01.09.2024 in favour of Shri Rakesh Gajanan Mishra. 3.

Leave is granted to the respondent to mention

wp4115.24.O.odt the name of present power of attorney holder in the title clause. Amendment in joint compromise pursis be carried out forthwith. Respondent has appeared through present power of attorney holder Shri Rakesh Gajanan Mishra. 4.

My attention has been drawn to the sale-deed executed by respondent in favour of petitioner nos.1 and 2 of 4.5 acres of land each dated 06.12.2024. There is mention about joint compromise pursis. As such, the said sale-deed are executed in pursuant to the present joint compromise pursis.

It was also agreed by way of joint compromise pursis that all the petitioners will handover the possession of remaining 47 acres of land to the respondent. Accordingly, all the petitioners have handed over the possession and an affidavit dated 15.01.2025 to that effect is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X-1' for the purpose of identification. In terms of joint compromise pursis as well as documents placed along with joint compromise pursis, the map and power of attorney is also taken on record, considering the part and parcel of Exhibit 'X'. As such, the petition stands disposed of, in terms of joint compromise pursis dated 02.09.2024.
