These applications are filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 1917 days caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement in brining legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record, setting aside abatement in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 and bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application, I am satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned. The applications are allowed. Delay of 1917 days stands condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be .....2/-

caf2301, 2300 and 2302.18 26 deposited with the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur. Abatement against deceased respondent No.1 is set aside. The proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
