It is petitioner's grievance that he has filed a police report dated 05.05.2023 with concerned Police disclosing commission of crime, however, no action was taken. The petitioner has also applied to the Superintendent of Police, however, neither crime was registered nor any action was taken.

The petitioner can avail the remedy provided under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. for said reason. Since statutory remedy is provided as aforesaid mentioned, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.

The petitioner's learned Counsel also submitted that there was danger to his life from some persons for which, he has applied to the Police vide communication dated 18.06.2023. According to petitioner, the Police are not providing him adequate protection nor giving understanding to the then culprits.

For redressal of said grievance, we direct concerned Police to consider petitioner's application dated 18.06.2023 and deal TAMBE

903 Cri.WP-533-2023 with it in accordance with law.
