Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the counsel for the parties. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the respondents.

The petitioners who are working as Extension Officer (Panchayat) seek to raise a grievance with regard to finalization of the seniority list without considering the objection raised by them to it. In this regard the petitioners have addressed a representation/objection dated 19/05/2023 to the respondent No.3-Divisional Commissioner. This representation is stated to be pending.

In aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 19/05/2023 in accordance with law and take a decision thereon expeditiously. 4.

All points raised in the writ petition on merits are kept open. No costs.
