For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - 1. 2.

The amount, if deposited, shall be invested in the Nationalized Bank in Fixed Deposit for initial period of six months and thereafter to be renewed every year for one year.

The amount shall be deposited by the Nonapplicant No.1 within a period of two weeks from today. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1319/2015 .

Court Receiver's report is on record.

Non-applicant No.1 is seeking permission to deposit liquidated amount pertaining to item Sr. Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 along with Annexure-X-1.

Non-applicant No.1 is permitted to deposit the amount as prayed for.

As per the receiver's report, permission to deposit the amount in the Registry of this Court, is granted. 5.

The next direction is sought to approve names of valuers for valuation of inventory of temporary shed of Non-applicant No.1.

The name of the valuer as sought in the report is approved.

7.

The receiver to submit names of any three government approved valuers.

8.

The receiver to take necessary steps for execution of decree against Non-applicant No.3. 9.

Stand over after two weeks.
