On 30.11.2018, this Court issued Notice on the present application for restoration of the appeal dismissed in default for non-filing of the paper-book. 2.

The copy of the application was not furnished with the Registry, resulting into the Notice could not be issued. Therefore, the Registry placed the matter before this Court on 12.12.2018. On the said day, counsel for the applicant was absent. On the said day itself, the Court could have readily dismissed the application, however in order to give one chance the matter was kept today. In the meanwhile, no copy was supplied to the Registry for issuance of the Notice. 3.

Today, when the matter was called out in .....2/-

apeal128.17 8 the morning session, nobody appeared for the applicant. Even, in the second call nobody is appearing. The said shows that counsel for the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence, the criminal application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
