DATED : 08.07.2025 Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the appellant. The applicant/respondent No. 2 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in this Court, for which learned Counsel for the appellant has objected.

Considering the reason disclosed in the application, as well as having gone through the judgment and award of the Tribunal, in my view, the applicant can be permitted to withdraw 50% amount on the usual undertaking. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed.

The Registry is directed to transfer the 50% amount to the bank account of the applicant within four weeks, on his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.

Application stands disposed of.
