DATED : DECEMBER 16, 2020 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner / applicant for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed as against respondents No.1 to 3. It is submitted that information regarding the latest and correct addresses of the said respondents, are sought to be placed on record with another application bearing Civil Application (CAW) No.1378/2020, before this Court.

It is submitted that if the said application for restoration is allowed and the correct addresses are taken on record in terms of the accompanying application providing correct addresses, notice afresh could be issued to the said respondents in the interest of justice.

In view of the above, both the applications are allowed. The Writ Petition is restored as against respondents No.1 to 3. The correct addresses stated in Civil Application No.1378/2020, pertaining to respondents No.1 to 3 are permitted to be placed on record by way of amendment of the cause title. 4.

Amendment be carried out within a week.

Issue fresh notice to the respondents No.1 to 3 on the corrected addresses, returnable in 4 weeks. JUDGE MP Deshpande
