The applicants seek amendment in the prayer clause as inadvertently it remained to be mentioned regarding the interim prayer as well as he is seeking the amendment in respect of adding the word 'Narcotic' before the word 'Drugs' in prayer clause (i) of the main application.

As the proposed amendment would not cause any prejudice to the other side, the applications are allowed. 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant is permitted to carry out amendment within stipulated period. 5.
