We direct Mr. Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader to waive service of notice for respondent Nos.1 & 2.

Considering the nature of grievance canvassed in the petition, the petition is taken up for final disposal.

The respondent Nos.3 & 4 has forwarded a proposal vide communication dated 20.04.2022 in Prity

2 / 2 112.wp3417.2025 relation to the service conditions of the petitioner and it is informed that the said proposal which is pending with the Government since 2022, is not decided till this date.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with directions to the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to decide the proposal forwarded by respondent Nos.3 & 4 vide communication dated 20.04.2022 expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
