The applicant is arrested on 8th June, 2017 in connection with crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the facts on record the incident occurred because of a quarrel which cropped up due to cutting of tree by some of the applicants. According to the complainant, the tree which was being cut stood in his field. The applicant, aged about 43 years, claims to be an agriculturist. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that further custody of the applicant is required for investigation. By order passed today, it is directed that coaccused Sheikh Shakir Sheikh Hasham, Sheikh Bismilla Sheikh Hasham and Sheikh Jabir Sheikh Hasham be released on pre-arrest bail in the event of their arrest. Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed :

2 ba614.17 The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.133 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.10,000/-.

The application is allowed accordingly.
