DATE : 02.12.2015 The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would file an appeal before the School Tribunal challenging the promotion of the respondent no.4 on the post of Supervisor. It is stated that since the issue of seniority would also be decided in the appeal challenging the promotion, in view of the well settled position of law, the petitioner intends to avail the alternate remedy.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, in this background. Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
