This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 935 days in filing application for quashing of the order passed by the Registrar (Judl), dated 16.11.2015, and restoration of the Cross Objection.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned. The delay of 935 days is hereby condoned, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur.

MCA (st) No. 13733/ 2018 This is an Application seeking quashing of the order dated

14.08.CA0.1439.18+ 16.11.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) and restoration of the Cross Objection.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that application needs to be allowed. Hence, the order dated 16.11.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. The Cross Objection (St) No. 14601/2005 is restored to file. Office objection/s be removed within a period of two weeks. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
