After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court has shown disinclination to entertain the petition, the learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, makes a statement that the petitioners do not intend to prosecute the petition. 02.
Mr. Agnihotri, learned Advocate for the petitioners makes a request that six months' time be granted to vacate the suit property in order to enable the petitioners-tenants to look for another alternate accommodation. The petitioners are earning their livelihood from the suit property. The request is reasonable.

Mr. Aurangabadkar, learned Advocate for the respondentlandlord opposes the request. 04.
This Court is inclined to grant time till 31st May, 2026 to the petitioners to vacate the suit property.

Learned Advocate Mr. Aurangabadkar, on instructions from the respondent-landlord, makes a statement that in the event vacant possession of the suit property is granted on or before 31st May, 2026, the claim for arrears of rent, interest, costs and mesne profit will be given up by the respondent.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. JUDGE *sandesh
