JANUARY , 20 Heard Shri S. V. Sohoni, learned counsel for the applicant and Smt M. A. Barabde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the reply filed on behalf of the State authority and also perused the relevant portion in the charge-sheet, which is sought to be quashed in the inherent jurisdiction of this Court. After having gone through the charge-sheet, we are of the view that this is not a case wherein the Court should exercise its inherent jurisdiction to quash the charge-sheet especially, when prima facie material is there against the present applicant.

In that view of the matter, we reject the application.

Insofar as the submission made by the learned
