After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent, it reveals that the allegation against the present applicant is that he has written one chit which is used by the other co-accused for the extortion. The handwriting expert's opinion is yet to be received.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after receipt of the handwriting expert's opinion. 3.
