The grievance of the petitioner is that the directions given by this Court in the judgment given in Writ Petition No.3638/2014 on 5th March, 2015 were not complied with by the respondents and there was wilful disobedience on their part and, therefore, they were liable for an action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. It is undisputed that subsequently the directions given by this Court are complied with. Though there is some delay in complying with the directions, considering the facts of the case and accepting the

2 cp204.15 unconditional apology tendered by the respondents, in my view, the contempt petition need not be prosecuted further. The notice of contempt is discharged. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
